Our goal is to create a wine environment beyond the tasting bar experience and into a casual wine lounge experience, both of which are in a seamless atmosphere much like a contemporary restaurant or pub’s integration between bar and tables. Food will be offered but in a minimalist style of appetizer, small bouchés to accompany glasses or bottles of vinAmité wines. We encourage guests to stay a while, read a paper while nursing a glass of white or red indoors at any one of several seating arrangements. Our outdoor patio overlooking the vineyard offers another choice of ambiance. Music will play a background atmosphere both indoors and outdoors.

THE VINAMITÉ STORY
Small is the new big
For nearly two decades, our grapes were sold to well-known Wineries throughout the Valley. Since 2013, our grapes have stayed where they’re grown on their own terroir and turned into fine estate wines in small quantities. Our grapes are no longer hiding in plain sight. From grape to bottle, our winery is devoted to traditional French varietals made by the Coulombe family in a blend of old and new approaches. What was lost is now found: vinAmité Cellars, a family of boutique wines to call your own. Small is the new big. Bienvenue!
VINAMITÉ BARREL PROGRAM
A touch of Oak in every bottle
Our barrel program consists mostly of new and used French oak barrels from different sources and of different toasts, and also includes some American oak barrels in certain cases to add to our style of wines. All our red wines benefit from either a touch of oak or go through their aging process in our barrel room for up to two years. Two of our whites, Viognier and Chardonnay, receive a touch of oak. Our fortified wine, Ouest, was in barrels for seven years.
