combined with hints of cedar, pepper, cinnamon, savoury leather and cocoa powder, surrounded by very soft
tannins and subtle minerality. This wine would be perfect slightly chilled on a warm day.

This lovely wine, the second in the Trinity, is reminiscent of a relaxing afternoon in a Bordeaux sidewalk bistro.
