Aromas of crème brûlée and green apple are further enhanced with the rich tastes of lemon meringue pie. With a touch of butterscotch on the finish, this Chardonnay is carefully nurtured from vineyard to bottle. It rests eight months in a blend of new and neutral French oak barrels and did not undergo malolactic fermentation.

Aromas of freshly baked cherry pie bring you front and centre to the taste of cassis, nutmeg, clove, leather, cracked pepper and mocha, all rolled into a nice bundle of rich, supple tannins with a long, layered, complex finish. This lovely wine, the second in the Trinity, is reminiscent of a relaxing afternoon in a Bordeaux sidewalk bistro.
41% Malbec, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc, 9% Petit Verdot and 4% Merlot.

Fresh fruit-forward aromas and flavours of the sweet smell of pipe tobacco and cedar followed by blackberries, anise, cassis and dark chocolate, with a hint of violet and toffee that leaves you wanting more. Black Forest Cake comes to mind. Earthy and bold, complex yet elegant, with rich tannin. This wine is crafted for those occasions when you can devote your full attention to the beauty of a traditional Bordeaux-style wine.

This intense giant has been aging for nine years, hiding in the back of the barrel room. Stewed plum, dark berries, cedar and a hint of cassis on the nose; balanced notes of herbs with a hint of caramel on the palette for the longest finish. Fortified with our distilled 2012 Cab Sauv.
